E-mails can be customised.
Setup -> Notifications -> Customize E-mail Formats
To e-mail address for an Enterprise Manager e.g. SYSMAN
SYSMAN -> Enterprise Manager Password & Email
On this page the email addresses to which notfications should be sent can be configured for each EM user.
Multiple addresses can be specified
A notification schedule must be set up to specify when email notifications will be sent to each email address
Setup -> Notifications -> My Notification Schedule
